Jo Wallace is a multi-award-winning Global ECD at Jellyfish . A writer, director and creative leader, she has spent 25 years delivering work that moves audiences and shapes culture. Starting her career in London, she is now based in LA - leading a global creative team at the frontier of AI-powered creativity, driven by a simple belief: in an AI-accelerated world, creativity isn't just important, it's the defining advantage. Under her leadership, Jellyfish has won multiple creative awards including a Cannes Lion and two Grand Clios. Her passion is the space where AI and human creativity meet - where the output isn't just fast, but emotionally resonant, distinctive and culturally meaningful.
She is also the founder and host of Good Girls Eat Dinner, the non-profit event series and podcast championing female creative trailblazers since 2015.

Chloé Watts

Chloe teaches women how to use AI as a copilot for life and business. She built her SaaS product Coreli, an AI-powered landing page builder that turns your Instagram into an on-brand digital home in minutes, from idea to six figures in under five months. Before that, she spent 15 years running a consultancy working with thousands of creators. She now continues to build Coreli and help women build with AI. She was recently featured in The Drum as a leading voice in women and AI, and as a guest on the Ladies Who Launch podcast.

Natalie Winford

A board-level strategic leader with 25+ years’ experience across global agency networks, Natalie leads the Jellyfish Creative Capability, including Creative Collective and AI Studios — a 400-person global team. Passionate about building environments where great ideas and creative talent can genuinely thrive, Natalie has a deep understanding of what creative people need to do their best work — building high-performing, highly engaged global teams that consistently deliver exceptional creative output. Her expertise spans global transformation, operational restructuring, and AI-powered agentic workflows, helping modern marketing organisations move faster without losing the quality and creative ambition.

Thea Cooke-Campbell
AI artist, filmmaker, and creative storyteller
Thea explores how emerging technology can elevate cinematic expression. With over a decade of experience across feature film, television development, advertising, and factual programming, she brings a deeply narrative-driven approach to AI-powered creativity. Her generative artwork Limitless Refraction was featured in the inaugural ‘Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy’ exhibition and her recent art-films including Playing Cards and AI Safety Solutions were selected for showcase at the New York AI Summit 2025, placing her within a growing global community of artists shaping the future of AI-driven visual culture.

Hanna Morra
Gen AI Artist, AI Film Director and Producer
Hanna works at the intersection of generative AI and cinematic storytelling exploring how AI tools can support, expand, and challenge traditional visual narratives.She recently created two AI-powered short films Echo and Silent Decision, combining generative video, sound design, and editing to bring emotionally layered stories to life. Currently developing her AI Film Production abilities, Hanna is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in next-gen video production.

Good Girls Eat Dinner was founded by Jo Wallace (Global ECD, Jellyfish) as a non-profit side project in 2015. It has always had one simple mission: to serve up inspiring female creative trailblazers to leave you full of inspiration. Because if you can't see it, you can't be it. From dining events to panel discussions, and now a podcast, Good Girls Eat Dinner has taken place everywhere from The Shard in London, to the Cannes Lions Festival. Previous speakers include Trinny Woodall, Cindy Gallop, Amanda Foster, Nishma Patel Robb, Cathy Newman, Lisa Smorsaski and many more.
