Caroline Vidal
Senior Martech Engineer @ DFDS
Caroline Vidal is a Senior Martech Engineer at DFDS, where she builds tracking and data pipelines that help teams make better, data-informed decisions. After a career that began in the service industry as a chef, flight attendant, and health coach, she moved into digital analytics and has since been working mainly with analytics and data engineering on Google Cloud.
Caroline is also a co-founder of Women in Data & Analytics - Nordics and co-organiser of MeasureCamp Malmö, creating spaces where people in analytics can learn from each other, grow, and feel welcome.

Fredric Lundgren
Senior Product Owner @ IKEA
Fredric Lundgren is a Malmö-based data & digital product leader with over 15 years of experience across analytics and marketing technology. At IKEA, he leads the Adtech, 1st Party Data & Paid Media product component, shaping privacy-safe data flows, marketing activation capabilities, and large-scale measurement strategies across INGKA's global digital ecosystem.
Known for his ability to cut through complexity, Fredric bridges data engineering, analytics, and media performance. His work spans consent-driven data orchestration, server-side tracking, modeled signals, and improving how teams use data to make better decisions. Today, his mission is to enable teams to use data more responsibly, creatively, and effectively in an increasingly fragmented digital marketing landscape.

Robert Børlum Bach
Head of Data Architecture & Transformation @ JP/Politikens Media Group
Robert Børlum Bach is Head of Data Architecture & Transformation at JP/Politikens Media Group. Currently leading the move towards data products that drive personalisation, experimentation and better use of data across the organisation.
With over a decade of experience in data, analytics, and governance, Robert focuses on transforming technical capabilities into business outcomes as publishers adapt to an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. He is an active voice in the Nordics data community, speaking at industry conferences and teaching digital analytics and data strategy.
